- Enforcement. Any breach of these terms is unauthorised access to and use of Mnzil's systems and data. It may be recorded, reported to the competent authorities, and prosecuted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. Mnzil reserves the right to seek damages and all other remedies available by law.

- إعادة الاستخدام التجاري: يُمنع استخدام أي محتوى أو بيانات من هذا الموقع لعرض أي منتج أو خدمة أو تسعيرها أو تسويقها أو مقارنتها، أو للتواصل مع عملاء منزل أو شركائها أو موظفيها.
- التحايل: يُمنع تجاوز أي إجراء أمني في هذا الموقع أو تعطيله أو التدخل فيه، بما في ذلك اختبارات التحقق (CAPTCHA) وحدود الطلبات والحقول المخفية وضوابط الوصول. ويُمنع إخفاء الهوية أو وكيل المستخدم، أو تبديل العناوين لتفادي الرصد.
- الإنفاذ: يُعد أي إخلال بهذه الشروط وصولًا واستخدامًا غير مصرّح بهما لأنظمة منزل وبياناتها. وقد يُسجَّل ويُبلَّغ عنه للجهات المختصة ويُلاحَق قانونيًا وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. وتحتفظ منزل بحقها في المطالبة بالتعويض وبجميع الحقوق الأخرى المكفولة نظامًا.
