Learn about Mnzil’s policies on cancellations, modifications, refunds, and check-in procedures.

1.Cancellation Before Check-In

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial or full refund of amounts paid (excluding service fees), provided that no substantial costs were incurred by Mnzil in sourcing and/or preparing the accommodation.

If specific preparations, modifications, purchases, or services were initiated or completed based on the client’s requirements prior to cancellation (e.g., furnishing adjustments, deep cleaning, maintenance, utility activation, or any other special requests), Mnzil reserves the right to deduct such costs from the refundable amount or to deny a refund entirely if those costs exceed the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.Cancellation After the Rental Period Begins

Once the rental period has started (i.e., the check-in date), the total amount due for the initial payment period becomes immediately payable and non-refundable, regardless of whether payment was made prior to check-in or afterward.

If the guest checks in without having completed payment, they remain fully liable for the outstanding amount for the period already commenced. Non-payment will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction and legal action for recovery of dues.


Clients may cancel future payment periods beyond the current one; however, an early cancellation fee of 50% of the upcoming cycle’s value will apply.

For example, if a 12-month agreement is signed and 6 months have elapsed, the remaining 6 months may be cancelled, but a fee equivalent to 50% of the next 6-month cycle will be charged. The first 6 months, whether paid or unpaid, remain due and non-refundable.

3. Modifications to Reservations

Booking date changes may be requested up to 3 days before check-in, subject to availability, without penalty.

Charges may apply for changes requested within 1 to 3 days before check-in.

Extensions of stay are subject to availability and charged at the prevailing rate.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Mnzil shall try to accommodate no-shows and reschedule up to 3 times maximum only.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds or partial refunds may be granted at Mnzil’s discretion in cases of medical emergencies or documented visa/travel restrictions.

6. Cancellation by Mnzil

Mnzil may cancel reservations in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) with a full refund of the remaining period of the booking.

If a guest breaches Terms or the house rules written on the walls of the unit, Mnzil reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

In case of unforeseen maintenance or safety issues before check-in, Mnzil may offer alternative accommodation or a refund for unused days.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (alternative times may be available with an additional fee).

Check-out: 12:00 PM (late check-out subject to availability and additional charges).

Guests must vacate the unit in a clean and orderly condition. Excessive mess or damage will result in cleaning or repair fees applied to the next invoice.
