Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At "Mnzil", we strive to provide the best experience for our residents. We understand that plans may change, so we have created a cancellation policy that is fair and transparent. Please review the policy below carefully.

1. Cancellation by the Resident (Guest)

1.1 Cancellation 3 Days Before Check-In

  • 75% refund of the total booking amount (excluding service fees).
  • Cancellations made between 3 days before to check-in will incur a 25% charge of the total booking amount.

1.2 Cancellation 1-2 Days Before Check-In

  • 50% refund of the total booking amount (excluding service fees).
  • Cancellations made within 1 to 2 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

1.3 Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-In

  • No refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

1.4 Early Termination After Check-In

  • Guests who choose to leave before the end of their booking will not be refunded for the remaining duration of their stay.

2. Cancellation by "Mnzil"

2.1 Force Majeure

  • "Mnzil" reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.

2.2 Failure to Comply with House Rules

  • If a guest violates the house rules, security protocols, or any terms outlined in their contract, "Mnzil" reserves the right to cancel their booking without providing a refund.

2.3 Maintenance or Safety Issues

  • If unforeseen maintenance or safety issues arise in the unit prior to the guest's check-in, "Mnzil" may cancel the reservation and provide an alternative unit (if available) or a full refund to the remaining days in the contract.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Service fees and administrative charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Modifications to Reservations

4.1 Changing Dates

  • If a guest wishes to change their booking dates, they may do so up to 3 days before their check-in date without incurring any penalties, subject to availability.
  • Modifications made within 1 to 3 days of check-in will incur a 10% charge of the total booking amount.

4.2 Extension of Stay

  • If a guest wishes to extend their stay, they may do so subject to availability. The additional nights will be charged at the current rate at the time of extension.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in on the confirmed arrival date without prior notification to "Mnzil", the reservation will be considered a "no-show".
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows.

6. Special Circumstances for Cancellation

6.1 Medical Emergencies

  • Guests who can provide valid documentation of a medical emergency that prevents them from completing their booking will be eligible for a full or partial refund, at "Mnzil"'s discretion.

6.2 Visa or Travel Restrictions

  • If a guest cannot travel due to visa restrictions, sudden government regulations, or unforeseen travel bans, they must provide documentation to "Mnzil". A refund will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
