Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Growth to drive Manzil’s expansion by leading customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies. This role will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product to design and execute growth initiatives, using data-driven insights to scale impact. The Director of Growth will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring Manzil continues to grow rapidly and sustainably in the Saudi market.

- Lead growth strategies, identify opportunities, design experiments, and drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Key skills required: growth strategy, experimentation, funnel analytics, lifecycle marketing, leadership, cross‑functional alignment.
