Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Manzil’s engineering team, overseeing technical projects from planning to execution. This role will guide engineers in building scalable platforms, enforce coding best practices, and align technical roadmaps with business objectives. The Engineering Manager will also mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering teams, ensure delivery timelines, review architecture decisions, and foster a culture of quality and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Key skills required: people leadership, delivery management, system design, hiring/mentoring, cross‑functional collaboration.
