Executive Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel end to end
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items until they're closed
• Build presentations, reports, and briefing materials ahead of key meetings
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf
• Coordinate across departments to keep company priorities and deadlines on track
• Organize leadership meetings, board sessions, and company events
• Handle expenses, documentation, and administrative requests
• Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion
• Anticipate needs before they're raised

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
• Strong prioritization, follow-up, and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
