General Counsel
Job Description
The General Counsel at Manzil will lead all legal and compliance functions across the company, acting as the primary legal advisor to the CEO and leadership team. This role involves overseeing corporate, commercial, and labor law matters; drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, and vendors; and ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations. The General Counsel will also handle disputes and litigation, manage relationships with external law firms, and safeguard the company’s intellectual property. In addition, they will design and implement internal legal frameworks, policies, and risk-mitigation processes to support Manzil’s rapid growth and expansion. This is a strategic leadership position based in Riyadh, offering the opportunity to shape the legal foundation of one of Saudi Arabia’s most innovative real estate ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice, review and draft contracts, ensure compliance, manage corporate filings, and liaise with external counsel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or a related field. Key skills required: contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, external counsel management.
