Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Lead to oversee and execute initiatives that expand Manzil’s customer base, improve retention, and increase revenue. This role will identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and use data-driven insights to scale successful strategies, while coordinating closely with marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and product funnels, optimize conversions, manage experiments, and collaborate with teams for scalable results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or a related field. Key skills required: experiment design, A/B testing, marketing automation, attribution, SQL/analytics, stakeholder communication.
