This role involves close collaboration with operations, product, and engineering teams to keep our technology infrastructure running—overseeing hardware, software, network access, and troubleshooting to deliver seamless, high-quality support. You'll also champion best practices in IT, conducting regular system checks to ensure every detail meets our standards and enhances how our teams work. To thrive in this position, you should have at least 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, a solid understanding of hardware, networks, and software troubleshooting, familiarity with IT security best practices, and excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
