Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep and ensure all Manzil units remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role will manage maintenance schedules, supervise technicians and contractors, and respond quickly to issues, ensuring high-quality living standards for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities, coordinate with technicians, ensure preventive maintenance schedules, and uphold safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Key skills required: preventive maintenance, work orders, team supervision, safety compliance, vendor liaison.
