

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and lead Mnzil’s post-sales relationships with our enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact after contract signing, ensuring smooth handovers from Sales, successful onboarding, and consistent service delivery across housing and related services. You will manage day-to-day client coordination, oversee onboarding and service deployment, track renewals and check-outs, and proactively resolve issues by working closely with Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong long-term partnerships by conducting regular check-ins, managing escalations, supporting invoicing and payments, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell. This position requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a service-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing complex client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — aligned with Mnzil’s commitment to delivering reliable, human, and scalable post-sales experiences.
