We are looking for a Senior Post-Sales Associate to lead client relationships and ensure an exceptional experience for all residents after move-in. In this role, you will oversee rent collection, renewals, check-ins and check-outs, and provide proactive support to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams to maintain high satisfaction levels and strengthen long-term retention. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a service-driven mindset that aligns with Manzil’s commitment to building a seamless and human post-sales experience.
