Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Unit Designer to lead the creative and functional design of Manzil’s residential units, ensuring every project is optimized for space, comfort, and cost efficiency. This role will work closely with operations and procurement to deliver scalable design solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with practicality, while setting high-quality standards that reflect Manzil’s brand and growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop space plans, oversee FF&E selection, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Key skills required: space planning, FF&E, CAD/BIM, material selection, vendor coordination, site supervision.
