Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Associate at Manzil will support the company’s hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different departments. This role plays a key part in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and helping Manzil attract people who fit our fast-paced, ambitious, and operationally driven environment. The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post job openings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records. This position is based in Riyadh and is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate records, communicate updates to candidates, support job posting and outreach efforts, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines aligned with Manzil’s hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience or internship in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred. Key skills required include: sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, LinkedIn/job platforms usage, recruitment tracking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
