• - Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments.

• - Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• - Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• - Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize performance.
• - Build and lead the Talent Acquisition function as the company scales.
