Job Description
We are looking for a User Experience Associate to enhance Manzil’s digital platforms by focusing on usability, design, and customer interaction. This role will gather feedback, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create prototypes and wireframes, validate usability, and collaborate with developers to implement intuitive interfaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field. Key skills required: user research, wireframing/prototyping, usability testing, Figma, accessibility standards.
